My Background and Approach
I provide transformative mental health care for adults in Huntley and across Illinois, specializing in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). These therapies are known for their effectiveness in treating anxiety, trauma, and stress. They offer a quicker path to relief compared to traditional therapy methods and can be particularly effective for individuals with complex trauma or those who have not benefited from other therapeutic approaches.
