My Background and Approach
At Grey Sky Counseling, we've created an equitable “E3” framework that Encourages our clients that change is possible, Equips them with the necessary skills and tools to do the work, and Empowers them to take action and experience healing, growth, and change. My therapeutic approach is deeply relational & emotionally integrative. We will work collaboratively to help you identify your emotional needs & explore the ways in which the past tends to live on in the present & ultimately impedes healthy healing, growth & change. I will encourage, equip & empower you on your healing journey. I offer a supportive space for you to bring your whole self, to build trust, ask questions, disagree & express your feelings openly & honestly. I work with individuals & am passionate about working with women and pre/adolescent girls (13+) who struggle with body image, shame, disordered eating & relationship issues. I am trained in Lifespan Integration Levels 1 & 2.
