You struggle with relationships and struggle with the sense of self (self-esteem, and self-agency). These are symptoms of insecure attachment. We'll work on healing these symptoms together with experiential work.
My Background and Approach
I am trained in Ideal Parent Figure Protocol a therapy that helps to heal the deep attachment wounding. I also am trained in Schema Therapy and Coherence Therapy. All of these modalities are 'depth' therapies that help root out the old,stuck negative patterns and beliefs that keep us stuck even after a lot of healing work.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Many of us have tried therapy before yet the amount of change was insufficient. The therapy didn't go deep enough. Real transformational change is possible if you are willing to do the work and if you have the right guide. I'd be happy to work with you as a team to guide you on the healing path.
