My goal is to empower you to build connection with yourself and others. Together we will build a safe and secure therapeutic relationship, that we can use as the foundation to support your healing journey. You will learn communication/ social skills, build confidence, coping strategies and how to regulate your nervous system. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My ethics & beliefs: Everyone has a right to heal. You are the expert of your own healing. You are not broken, damaged, or in need of fixing. You are so much more than a diagnosis. Healing is both personal AND systemic. I will do my best, and still get it wrong. My work as a therapist must be anti-racist, regardless of who the client is. Gender is a construct, and love is love.
