We have attended the latest trainings that teach leading edge techniques to help clients experience greater joy in their life and their relationships. We use Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy, along with cognitive-behavioral approach and solutions-focused and mindfulness/spirituality to assess your current needs and develop a personalized intervention just for you.
