About My Clients
Are you always a little bit afraid that an anxiety attack is waiting around the corner? Have you been hit with surprise depression more times than you can count? I know exactly what you're feeling: the pounding chest, the shortness of breath, the feeling that the walls are closing in and you need out NOW. I want to help you sort through these things and gain the clarity you need to move forward and feel better about yourself and the direction you are going.
My Background and Approach
After 11 years in the non-profit space with a focus on child mentorship, I began my journey to becoming a counselor. In my own life, counseling has helped me through some difficult times, and I feel led to help others who may need guidance—specifically children and teens. The tools that I'll provide you with are tools that I have been perfecting over my career helping people just like you. I have dozens of them. My goal for you is to have at least five different tools and techniques that you can carry with you at all times. So no matter where you go, you'll always have access to discreet exercises that can quickly create relief.

Regardless of our similarities or differences - I promise that you’ll be treated as a unique person with intrinsic value. When I was younger, I needed help sifting through some heavy stuff in my life. Counseling was my answer, it changed everything. My counselor helped me find ME and that's what I'm all about. I want to help you find YOU! I believe that nobody should have to feel like something is wrong with them or you’re in this fight alone. I got your back and I'm in the climb with you, all the way.
