I'm an integrative sex and relationship therapist. I draw from a variety of approaches including PACT (Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy), EFT (Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy), AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Therapy), the Developmental Model of Couples Therapy and other experiential-somatic approaches to sex and relationship therapy. My style is warm, direct, playful and appropriately challenging. I'm an active, engaged therapist-- here to help you effectively work toward meeting your goals.

Healing happens in the context of safety and love. Through attuned listening, warmth and presence, we'll create a space to help you explore your inner world(s) with curiosity and kindness. Living a satisfying and rich life often entails examining places inside that can be scary or confusing to navigate alone. As your healing companion and ally, I'll both challenge you to grow and deeply meet you exactly where you are. We'll approach this work as a team-- engaging in a dynamic relationship that supports your increasing self-awareness and enables you to make meaningful changes in your life and relationship(s). As far as my own journey goes, I've been on a committed inner growth path for 15+ years and deeply believe in the power to heal and transform. I hold a feminist, sex-positive and social justice-oriented lens on the world and strive to support clients in living in ways that feel authentic and in integrity for them. I welcome diversity of all kinds in my practice.
