About My Clients
Are you struggling with mental health, addiction recovery, or neurodiversity? Are you motivated to engage in therapy and have specific issues to address? If so, brief integrative psychotherapy is a great way to work through these issues. I'd love to partner with you and help you achieve your desired goals on your journey toward mental well-being.
My Background and Approach
After completing my Master's Program at Cal State Dominguez Hills, I was drawn to work with children and families managing challenges associated with autism and other neurodiversity. After shifting to working with adults in both residential and outpatient treatment for addiction and co-occurring challenges such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, OCD, and many other mental health diagnoses, I developed my mindfulness-based approach to therapy. With extensive training and over 9 years of experience using DBT, ACT, and CBT in combination with a humanistic and solution-focused approach, I apply an integrated and personalized style of therapy from a place of genuine connection and empathy. I believe in meeting my clients where they are while remaining flexible yet focused in my work to assist people in reaching their personal and mental health goals of wellness and fulfillment.
