About My Clients
I work with adults, adolescents, children, and couples in identifying, unraveling, and understanding sources of suffering. My clients navigate a wide range of personal, cultural, and societal challenges, and I strive to meet them where they are and honor the complexity of their unique worlds and life experiences. I practice within a holistic framework that places importance in a trusting therapeutic relationship and builds upon the autonomy, strength, and resilience of each individual.
My Background and Approach
I earned my bachelor's degree from Yale University, am a graduate student of psychodynamic therapy at the Institute for Clinical Social Work, and a psychotherapy intern at Depth Counseling. I offer a safe, supportive, and warm atmosphere where you can freely express your thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and experiences. In this space, I will listen and engage with curiosity, sensitivity, and a genuine desire to understand your complex inner world and unique lived experience. Together, we will work to discover what hinders a deeper sense of joy and wellbeing within yourself, your life, and your relationships, and I will help you to draw out, build upon, and integrate valuable insight. As part of this process, we will explore your personal history and how it may continue to impact you in the present. With additional training in yoga, meditation, breathwork, and traditional Chinese medicine, I bring a holistic and integrative perspective to the therapeutic process.
