My Background and Approach
I use Emotionally Focused (Couples and Individual) Therapy with parts work and person-centered counseling. I take my time to form a safe therapeutic relationship with you, building trust and comfort by working on coping strategies and regulation techniques. Then, we will track how your reactions relate to what has happened to you and try to help. It is an honor for me to hold space for your hardest challenges.
