About My Clients

When we heal we can step into a full-spectrum Self who has all the tools to live life fully and make magic. Have you tried regular talk therapy and felt like it didn't go anywhere or address the places where you feel stuck? Maybe you need something different that can help you discover what lies beneath the story within the body and spirit. I offer somatic therapy for healing trauma and anxiety. I also provide psychedelic integration and spiritual therapy to psychonauts and seekers alike.

My Background and Approach

In my therapy practice, I offer a warm, interactive, and playful approach, helping clients build self-regulation and insight through somatic techniques, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Brainspotting. My focus is on creating a safe, supportive space where clients can reconnect with their bodies and emotions, especially for those who have not felt safety before. I work with a diverse range of clients, including LGBTQIA+, non-monogamous, neurodivergent individuals, as well as mystics, empaths, intuitives, and psychics, supporting them in their unique journeys toward healing and self-discovery. In therapy, we can help you to reconnect with your body and learn to settle your nervous system. Let go of things that are ready to be released. Feel things that are ready to be felt. Give yourself permission to be angry, sad, or a hot mess if that is what is needed. This process will honor all parts of you and the interplay between the parts of ourselves that we avoid and the ultimate Self.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I use a non-pathologizing approach to therapy that takes into account the toll it takes on all of us to live in a world that can be deeply oppressive. I believe that the mental health experiences we have are not the result of disorders that we are born with, but are the symptoms of living in a society that is unwell. As a queer person of color whose ancestors lived under brutal colonial rule, I understand the many levels of healing that are needed to bring ourselves back into a state of balance so that we can show up for one another and usher in the revolution.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
I have experience with the following

  • Hinduism
  • Jehovah's Witnesses
  • The Satanic Temple
