Perhaps you are here because you know there is something missing. Maybe an ache inside is telling you that a more beautiful, vibrant, confident life is possible. Maybe you are tired of your routine – using the same strategies day after day to curb the feelings that lie just beneath the surface. Ignoring these signals can lead to a chronic disconnection from our body and mind as we grow older. When trauma and stress compound the issue, we may lose intimacy with our own feelings and desires.
My Background and Approach
I believe this knowledge is never truly lost, but has been covered over by confusion. This world doesn’t come with a guidebook, and sometimes we just get lost. My work is to help you regain intimacy with the deepest parts of yourself. When we lose access to our fullest selves, we cut ourselves off from our full vitality and creativity. The pressures of life cover over this aliveness, and we can begin to feel disconnected and alone. I want to help you uncover. I offer a safe space for individuals and couples to explore what it means to be human in today’s world. I offer an openhearted approach that utilizes the whole self – body, mind, and soul. I believe all three play an important role in health and vitality. Based on your goals, mobility, and comfort, we will explore body-centered approaches, relational therapy, authentic expression, and uncover subconscious beliefs.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I have a deep understanding of the effects of developmental trauma, addictions, eating disorders, and attachment disruptions. My goal is to help you heal the root of these issues, not just treat the symptoms. I believe in your ability to uncover yourself and let your greatness shine through!
