I love helping my clients find peace within themselves, as this is foundational to how we relate with others. So frequently we are hard on ourselves, and this criticism creates strife. I create a safe space to explore emotions and relate differently to our struggles.
I was holistically trained to embrace the whole person. I understand the value of curiosity and time to reflect and explore emotions. I believe in the value of mindfulness and self-care in whatever form that takes for you- perhaps this is time alone, or time surrounded by people; time in quiet reflection, on the basketball court, or dancing.
I believe balance is not a static goal to be achieved, but a result of flow in life. I trust the healing process. I know our deeper, perhaps subconscious beliefs, affect our ease or challenges in life, and we can use that to empowering ends. Mental health is a multi-faceted creation, influenced by our physical self-care as well as alignment with personal beliefs/spirituality, whatever that may be.
