My Background and Approach
I utilize a number theoretical approaches including mindfulness/meta-awareness, cognitive behavioral therapy, humanistic/existential therapy, and person-centered therapy. My primary areas of practice are treatment for anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, adjustment disorder, trauma and grief and loss. I also have experience in treating domestic violence, anger management and a number of other emotional difficulties. As your therapist, I will tailor your individualized treatment plan to you and your needs, in order to change your life as you wish. I look forward to working with you.
