About My Clients

The clients I work with have a willingness to look at themselves and to see their pain as something that have agency in unearthing and healing. Those who have a willingness to face their shadow and do the hard work of getting out of comfortable pain will go far in our work together.

My Background and Approach

I utilize the Hakomi method, which is a mindfulness-based body-centered approach to psychotherapy. We focus on creating experiences, not explanations. I combine this with a Jungian and transpersonal approach to catalyze the process of Self-discovery and individuation, or the process of becoming oneself.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that the most real thing there is is awareness. I believe that each person is a center of creative power, and that we have the power to create exactly the life we want for ourselves and others. We all have a seat at the table, and we are all creating this together. Dreams are windows of truth wherein we may find the keys to our own padded cell.
