About My Clients
I know making the decision to go to therapy can be scary, let’s talk about it. I welcome conversation from you about how you’re feeling and what you might be worried about with this process. I use tele-health on a HIPAA secure platform and can meet with any client in Washington State. Having a hard time finding a therapist that fits with your schedule? I offer limited evening and weekend appointment times.
My Background and Approach
I believe it’s important to create an empathetic therapeutic space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I like to take a two-factor approach to therapy. Together, we can link what in your past is affecting your current behavior and emotions in addition to learning about and gaining relevant skills to implement in your daily life. I am gender-affirming, LGBTQIA+ affirming, trauma informed, and trained in EMDR. I specialize in religious trauma and deconstruction.
