My background is focused mainly within community mental health. I have worked with grieving children, survivors of domestic violence, individuals in crisis including those feeling suicidal and struggling with addiction, elders experiencing isolation and depression, folx with marginalized identities who are learning how to respond to oppression and invisibility, and individuals wanting to know themselves better in order to cultivate fulfilling and meaningful relationships.
I work from a place of compassionate collaboration and strive to co-create a space that feels safe, warm, and accepting. I believe that you deserve to feel seen, heard, and free to be your most authentic self. My hope is that our time together will open within you a sense of creativity, peace and empowerment that fosters the healing and growth needed for you to follow your life’s purpose.
