I’ve spent the last 15 years dedicated to helping couples move from pain to connection. My work is deeply personal, and I integrate the Gottman Method with Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)—the two gold standard methods of couples therapy—to help you repair, reconnect, and build lasting intimacy. There is a proven roadmap to getting unstuck and reconnected.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that relationships flourish when both individuals take responsibility for the relationship. When both partners are able to maintain respect during disagreement and when an ongoing effort is made toward cultivating a friendship based on trust, commitment, and a desire to serve the person you love.
