I serve all ages from adolescent through older adults who are facing issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, family crisis, family issues, job or school struggles, and couples or family stresses.

As your counselor, I can provide you with the skills and strategies to overcome life stresses, move forward with confidence, and improve your relationships with family and others. Using Cognitive Behavior Therapy and other evidence-based treatment methods, we will work together to meet your needs and give you the resources needed to live your best life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone can overcome life's stresses and setbacks through counseling. One of the most important elements of counseling is the trust and alliance between the counselor and client. In our work together, building trust and giving you a safe and secure place to address your own needs is my life's work. Together we will find a pathway forward using the best methods available.
