I am proud to be EMDR trained, offering a specialized approach to address trauma and emotional challenges. My practice is designed to accommodate your schedule with online sessions available during evenings.

I own and operate Wellbeing Counseling and Consulting, PLLC in Houston, TX. Life can be extremely challenging, and can feel isolating especially when you’re going through a difficult time. You don’t have to go through it alone. I’m here to walk with you on this journey to help you find the right tools to help you get you thrive. I will meet you where you are at. I provide a safe space, that’s non-judgemental, and unbiased. I utilize a culturally competent lens, and am LGBTQ+ affirming. I am also a member of the LGBTQ community.
