My Background and Approach

As a clinician with a background in psychology and marriage and family therapy, I bring a wealth of experience working with diverse populations. I have provided therapy for people with eating disorders at various treatment centers and worked as a school therapist. My client-centered approach focuses on collaboration and creating a safe space where people can explore their thoughts and emotions. I utilize various therapeutic modalities, including CBT, DBT, ACT, and family systems therapy, and I am also a trained EMDR therapist. Whether it's depression, anxiety, or struggles with body image or self-worth, I am committed to helping my clients achieve transformative, long-lasting change through tailored, compassionate care.
