About My Clients
I best serve individuals who understand the value and power of the therapeutic relationship. I holistically serve everyone who believes they can benefit from therapy. I invite women, in particular, who are pregnant to work with me as I support the mother and partner(s) through pregnancy and beyond to the fourth trimester.
My Background and Approach
My approach to psychotherapy is integrative, humanistic, holistic, and evidence based. I combine aspects of flow psychology, yoga, and meditation and traditional psychotherapy that are tailored to your specific needs. Specialize in: women's health, anxiety, depression, prenatal/postnatal, low mood, relationship stress, career changes, grief/loss.
