I believe that we are all different and that the counseling space should take a unique shape that supports the growth and thriving of each unique person who enters it. I am interested in helping individuals explore and find new channels of strength when confronting life’s most overwhelming problems.
My Background and Approach
My practice is focused on anxiety, depression, issues of self-esteem, transitions and loss, finding meaning, and working through shame and self-criticism. My approach is trauma-informed and grounded in empathy, respect, and deep understanding.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I feel strongly that you are the expert on your own experience. This is your journey through the dark forest. It is the counselor’s job to walk alongside and carry the lantern. If you’ve found yourself in the dark forest, reach out. I would be honored to walk alongside and help light the way.
