About My Clients

Taking the first step toward therapy can be daunting, but you don't need to take this journey alone. I'm here to offer a safe, supportive space where your concerns are met. My person-centered approach ensures you're truly heard and supported on your journey to well-being. Together, we can explore challenges and work towards meaningful change. If you're ready to take that next step, I invite you to reach out with any questions!

My Background and Approach

I was educated in both Europe and the USA, earning a Master of Psychology in Clinical Neuropsychology from the University of Warsaw's WISP program in 2020 and a Master of Social Work from the University of West Florida in 2024. My diverse education exposed me to Eastern European, Western European, and American perspectives in psychology and psychotherapy, which I integrate into my practice. Grounded in evidence-based methods, I prioritize ethical practice and transparency. I use Person-Centered Therapy approaches with Gestalt techniques, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and cognitive strategies. With a solid understanding of brain function, I blend neuropsychological insights to enhance the effectiveness of my sessions. Additionally, I’m a certified motivational interviewing coach, providing guidance and feedback to practitioners in this evidence-based approach.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I strive to create a space where clients feel heard, respected, and free to explore their thoughts without judgment. As a curious and genuine therapist, I bring experience working with children, families, groups, and diverse communities, including LGBT+ individuals, those navigating gender dysphoria, and polyamorous relationships. I have worked with a range of concerns, from ADHD and OCD to depression, anxiety, and other common challenges. Using evidence-based techniques from Person-Centered Therapy, Gestalt, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I aim to guide meaningful change and empower you to live authentically. My commitment is to be a supportive partner in your growth and self-discovery.
