My Background and Approach
Dr. Clinae Watson strives to develop a meaningful and therapeutic relationship with you. She works from a cognitive behavioral/psychodynamic approach, where you can feel safe, heard, and empowered. Clinae specializes in working with individuals that experience anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. She provides individual and group therapy sessions as well as services for psychological testing. Her desire and passion for helping others is intertwined with personal and professional life experiences.
