I have worked in the works of grief for many years and understand grief is not meant to last forever and while that is a jarring statement, with the work we can do together I will show you how possible it is.

I am Gottman level 1 trained and have worked with couples for many years. I can provide guidance and understanding to work with issues such as infidelity, communication issues and more.

I have lived experience with loss as well as a certification on reproductive grief. I also have written a pregnancy and infant loss workbook and am currently writing another book in regards to loss. I understand this is a delicate population and needs to be handled with care and understanding.
