About My Clients
Many of my clients seek me out to help with their anxiety, OCD (obsessive-compulsive disorder), depression and relational issues. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community myself I also have clients who seek me out because I can relate to what they are going through in “coming out” and handling relationships.
My Background and Approach
First, we start where you are: with what brings you to seek out therapy and what you would like to work on/improve in your life. Sometimes you don’t know where to start and that’s ok too. I want to partner with you on your journey of self-discovery and better understanding. I have over 15 years of experience in helping clients to develop tools, skills and interventions to make their lives less confusing and increase their confidence in being able to handle whatever comes their way.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone is capable of change and growth in their lives. I have witnessed many of my patients start therapy not being fully convinced that they could find ways to be less anxious and increase their happiness and end up convincing themselves that they are capable of whatever they put their minds to doing.
