About My Clients
My clients are teens and adults who struggle with excessive worries, interpersonal conflicts, or depression. Couples who are struggling to find common ground or continue to operate in dysfunctional relationships are also common among my clientele.
My Background and Approach
My background is almost entirely dedicated to teenagers and young adults. Beginning in 2008, I have strived to serve the teen/young adult populations. I connect to these groups through games and fun activities. From the highly acute, inpatient populations to the lower acuity outpatient setting, I have worked for over a decade gaining experience with these clients. I practice from a systemic view, with a strong belief that family and interpersonal connections are what bring us the stability (or instability) that we experience in our lives.
