Animal-lover, witchy, queer, daydreamer, night owl, and artist are a few words I would use to describe myself.
I’ve been a client in therapy since I was very young, and I've had transformative experiences—many positive and others harmful. I chose to pursue a career in therapy so I could offer a holistic way of healing in a field that tends to pathologize, dehumanize, shame, and over-medicate. I also find that so many therapies miss a vital piece—tending to the soul. It is my dream to be the kind of therapist who helps others feel seen and heard.
As a queer human who acknowledges that both sexuality and gender exist on (and sometimes completely outside of) a spectrum, I honor and respect all identities. Whether you are queer, asexual, polyamorous, intersex, transgender, non-binary, two-spirit, lesbian, gay, bisexual, pansexual, you name it — you are welcome here!
