I assist individuals in recovering from various forms of emotional abuse, whether it’s within personal relationships or larger institutions. My specialties include trauma & PTSD, anxiety, betrayal, narcissistic abuse, high control groups, and election stress. I am trained in EMDR and will employ a range of techniques tailored to your specific needs. I also work with both traditional as well as diverse couples, including those exploring consensual non-monogamy. Whether you're striving to improve your connection or considering the possibility of separation, I can assist you in navigating what comes next.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Starting therapy is a big step, and I'm here to support you. I am a strengths-based affirming therapist, which means I embrace all aspects of who you are. I believe it's important to consider the whole person who exists in the context of a larger society. My practice is inclusive and welcoming to individuals from diverse backgrounds, such as LGBTQ+, and those with various sexual orientations and gender identities, and I am committed to promoting a body-positive environment for all clients. As a Lebanese-American and a second-generation child of immigrants, I am particularly attuned to cultural factors.
