My clients often struggle with anxiety, overthinking, and self-doubt. They may have difficulty building or maintaining meaningful relationships, leading to negative self-talk. They seek a space to feel understood, learn to cope with negative feelings, and express emotions in healthy ways. As we explore their past and how it impacts the present, they gain self-awareness, confidence, and the skills needed to make meaningful changes in their lives.

Working with me, you'll enter a non-judgmental, friendly space that can be lighthearted and even filled with laughter at times. Together, we’ll explore what works best for you by discovering and highlighting your existing strengths. My goal is to create a healing space you’ll look forward to each session.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As both a therapist and a woman in our society, I hold strong values centered around social justice, equality, and safety. My role extends beyond the therapy room—it's my duty to create change within sessions through an anti-oppressive framework and to advocate for the rights of women, BIPOC, people with disabilities, the LGBTQIA+ community, and others whose rights, safety, and livelihoods are at risk.
