About My Clients
Would you like to find new patterns of living and loving? Are you or your family struggling to communicate in constructive and loving ways? Have you lost faith and hope that life will ever hold joy and love? Do you struggle with self-criticism and extending compassion to yourself or others? Growth is a normal and human process, but I recognize how intimidating and painful this work can be, so I always try my best to provide support in ways that meet the unique needs of each of my clients.
My Background and Approach
As a graduate student studying Couple and Family Therapy at Northeastern University, I am passionate about supporting couples, families, adolescents, children, and individuals in their pursuit of growth and fulfillment. I believe I can help you find lasting hope and change. I utilize a collaborative approach with each of my clients and seek to empower you as you create new patterns for living within the systems and social constructs you reside in–whether that is in your relationships, family, gender, school, work, society, institutions, or culture. I practice from a systemic, attachment, and emotion-focused lens. I am LGBTQIA+ and neurodiversity-affirming and am open to working with individuals of all ages, relationships of all configurations, and families of all varieties.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am active in Autism and ADHD advocacy. I maintain my artistic practice and believe strongly that each person has strengths and creativity to bring to the therapy process that will challenge and amaze you!
