My Background and Approach
I tend to take a Psychodynamic approach, while also pulling heavily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Therapy with me will take a look at how past experiences may be contributing to current issues. We will then work together to build tools and skills to get you out of negative thought/behavior patterns. Sessions with me are also rooted in being Client-Centered as I aim to meet you where you are at and work with you to reach whatever goals you are trying to achieve, to help you reconnect with your best self.
