About My Clients

I have a passion for working with neurodivergent, BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ individuals who have experienced challenging upbringings. If you're navigating life transitions, struggling with your sense of identity, or feeling the weight of traumatic past experiences, you don't have to go through it alone. Together, we can work towards a path of healing and empowerment that reflects who you are and who you want to become. Please reach out if you want to explore what support could look like for you.

My Background and Approach

I specialize in helping adults who are currently experiencing high levels of stress, trauma, racial trauma, depression, grief and/or emotional sensitivity. I create a safe, affirming and culturally sensitive space to empower clients to explore their identities, redefine their goals, and embrace change. My approach integrates trauma-informed care and a strengths-based approach to helping clients overcome past adversities, strengthen their relationships, and embrace their authentic emotions. I utilize techniques such as CBT, DBT, trauma-focused and insight-oriented therapy, and offer Gottman therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Conjoint Therapy for PTSD to couples.
