At Resilience Lab I work with a diverse group of clients who are seeking support handling trauma, conflict, relationship issues, depression, and anxiety. The therapeutic process will help you understand yourself more deeply, and to accept your unique experiences in a non-judgmental, caring way. I will work alongside you to recognize patterns of your thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors. We will then work to challenge negative patterns and create new healthy ones.
