As a therapist I'm dedicated to helping clients create meaningful change. My approach is grounded in compassion and humanity—everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, & understood. I also bring a direct perspective to our work together. Therapy is about growth, which often means confronting difficult truths and pushing through discomfort. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where we can explore challenges with honesty. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship struggles, life transitions, or simply seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, I’ll meet you where you’re at while taking steps toward where you want to be. I believe therapy is about more than just feeling better—it’s about empowering you to live the life you truly want. Being human is hard, life can be complicated, but you don’t have to do it alone.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My lived experience inspired me to gain the education and credentials to become a therapist. I began practicing 4 years ago and have experience helping adults and teens 14 & over.
