I specialize in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders, Addictions, and Trauma, with specialized training in these areas.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I understand that everyone's experiences are shaped by intersectionality, including factors such as sex, gender, orientation, race, religion, and nationality. I welcome individuals from all backgrounds and walks of life. As a woman myself, I am passionate about assisting women with their mental health needs. I recognize the struggles we face and aim to create a safe space for healing and growth Additionally, I specialize in supporting Black women on their journey to overcome past generational trauma and become the best version of themselves. As a Black Woman, I understand the unique pressures placed upon us, including the expectation to always be strong and resilient. I am dedicated to providing a space where Black women can prioritize their mental health and know that it matters deeply.
