I am Certified in Attachment Focused EMDR. I empower clients to develop a secure attachment style so they can enjoy healthy relationships. I work with clients that have experienced family of origin or relational trauma that created anxious attachment or avoidant attachment styles that now keep them from having the healthy relationships they want. I utilize inner child experiential techniques, CBT and other modalities to assist clients in developing their securely attached functional adult.

Having walked the infidelity journey and successfully overcome it many years ago, I believe I have life experience that suits me well for dealing with this issue. I am also a Certified Partner Trauma Therapist Candidate, a Meadows trained Post Induction Therapist, and a Certified Complex Trauma Therapist. I believe my life experience and subsequent training has given me expertise with this issue to help clients overcome the trauma and PTSD associated with infidelity.

I specialize in Narcissistic Abuse, Psychological, Emotional, and Verbal Abuse. Narcissistic Abuse is a paralyzing form of abuse. Tactics employed are psychological abuse, emotional abuse, verbal abuse, gaslighting, love bombing, crazy making, narcissistic rage, betrayal and sometimes physical and sexual abuse. Victims of this type of abuse lose their true identity in the relationship. I empower clients to rediscover their true self and inner strength to overcome the abuse they endured.

I am a certified Complex Trauma and Complex PTSD Specialist. I am also a certified Clinical Trauma Specialist (CCTP Level II). I utilize trauma reduction techniques to help clients manage their PTSD triggers and attachment wounds from the traumas they experienced. I empower clients to eliminate harmful coping skills like substance abuse, self harm, and overwhelming emotions like shame, anger, fear, anxiety and depression and develop positive life coping strategies instead.

I utilize Narrative Therapy to help clients uncover negative self talk and the internal shaming inner critic. Narrative Therapy helps clients become embrace being an expert in their own life. I empower clients to reframe negative narratives into positive ones to effectively view themselves in a more positive light. Negative narratives are a large drive in low self esteem and self worth. As clients develop positive narratives instead, they gradually develop more confidence and higher self esteem.

Experiential Therapy is experience based processes. It utilizes techniques such as role-playing, music, guided imagery and re-experiences of emotional situations or relationships. Through the processes clients begin to identify the emotions associated with their experiences. I empower clients with these processes to let go of negative feelings, shame, anger and hurt while recreating positive thinking patterns. Experiential Therapy is used to treat trauma, behaviors and debilitating emotions.
