I specialize in supporting multi-hyphenates, artists, musicians, performers, creatives, queer, trans, and gender-expansive individuals, as well as neurodiverse and highly sensitive people (HSP). I also work with those in poly, ENM, and kink communities, as well as individuals exploring spirituality, practicing nontraditional beliefs, identifying as pagan or mystics, or seeking spiritual guidance.

I am a licensed telehealth therapist in California and offer individual therapy, gender-affirming care, and letters of support. My approach is warm, empathetic, and judgment-free, using somatic, mindfulness-based, and parts work therapy. As both a therapist and a multi-hyphenate artist, I understand the unique challenges of balancing creative passions and multiple pursuits. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a queer, disabled, and neurodivergent therapist, I am deeply committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and affirming space for people who have been marginalized or misunderstood. I believe in the power of healing as a creative and spiritual practice, where we can reclaim our sensitivity and uniqueness as strengths. My work is centered around supporting LGBTQIA+ communities, highly sensitive individuals, neurodiverse people, and artists who navigate nontraditional paths. I advocate for self-expression, growth, and liberation, drawing from both ancient wisdom and modern therapeutic techniques. I am passionate about helping clients connect with their inner wisdom, embrace their full selves, and build meaningful, resilient lives.
