I help children, teens, and adults (5+) navigate neurodivergence, trauma, anxiety, and depression. With a strengths-based, expressive, and evidence-based approach, I support BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and neurodivergent clients in healing emotional, psychological, and creative wounds. Whether through DBT, mindfulness, or therapeutic role-playing, we’ll build resilience together forming a fellowship for growth, self-discovery, and transformation.
My Background and Approach
At Lonely Mountain Therapy, I blend DBT, existential therapy, and creative approaches like therapeutic role-playing and expressive arts to foster growth, resilience, and empowerment. I welcome neurodivergent, BIPOC, and LGBTQIA+ individuals especially those who’ve been told they’re “too much” or “not enough.” Whether you seek trauma healing, executive functioning support, or deeper meaning, we’ll shape therapy around your passions and values. I also offer the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) to enhance nervous system regulation and emotional well-being. Together, we’ll build a future of strength, clarity, and self-acceptance.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a licensed professional counselor with nearly 20 years of experience in various roles with trauma, neurodivergence, substance use, and child protection, I provide affirming care for BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and neurodivergent individuals. Rooted in social justice, harm reduction, and multicultural counseling, I help remove barriers to mental health. Using evidence-based and creative approaches, we’ll foster resilience, connection, and empowerment because you deserve to be seen, heard, and supported.
