My Background and Approach
I use tools like brainspotting, somatic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and memory reconsolidation. The goal of these techniques is to dislodge old patterns and bring the mind and body together so you can experience life with ease. Having a dedicated and caring therapist who can walk you through improving your mental health can often lead you to the growth and happiness you are looking for. I also specialize in complex ptsd C-PTSD, codependency, and attachment.
