As a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) myself, I completely understand that you probably feel like an oddball in a world of seemingly "normal" people. It took close to 45 years of living to finally embrace that being Highly Sensitive wasn't a curse, and I didn't need to apologize for being this way. I now embrace my sensitivities. While being Highly Sensitive comes with challenges, your unique sensitivities can also be seen as a superpower. I would love to support you in embracing all parts of you!

I have a particular affinity for working with people interested in personal growth. I possess personal experience, as well as 23+ years of in-depth personal development, as well as professional experience supporting people in personal, career, and spiritual healing, growth, and transformation.

I specialize in Somatic Trauma Resolution to address personal, religious, sexual, epigenetic, cultural, energetic trauma imprints, as well as complex cumulative trauma and PTSD. My counseling approach is informed by specialized training in somatic trauma resolution as well as 23+ years of professional experience in massage therapy focusing on trauma healing & integration utilizing somatic bodywork modalities, spiritual counseling, and shamanic healing.

Trauma disrupts healthy adaptive functioning and causes dysfunction in many areas of life. Transpersonal therapy incorporates activities such as energy therapies, journaling, music, sounding, breathwork, somatic therapy, dance, movement, guided visualization, embodiment practices, and other modalities to support you in alleviating pain, clearing the conditioning you were born into, and coming into greater alignment with your authentic soul expression.

Sexuality, desire, libido, and fantasy are all a natural and beautiful expression of being human, yet it can be difficult to navigate your own inner sexual terrain when you're afraid of judgment or shame. I offer a safe space where you can explore and heal any blockages to a vibrantly healthy sex life.

I specialize in treating complex cumulative trauma and PTSD, as well as other types of trauma, through a somatic approach that supports you to access and discharge trauma imprints from the nervous system, primal, and limbic brain to create integration between the three parts of the brain, nervous system, and body to increase a deep felt sense of safety, resourcing, and resilience in your body and nervous system.

We all have a deep need to feel safe, loved, and belong. If you've ever felt like parts of you are in conflict, IFS supports the various "parts" of you, such as your inner child, inner teenager, inner adult, and inner critic to feel seen, understood, accepted, and integrated so that you can feel aligned, clear, and empowered in your choices. I utilize a somatic approach to IFS, following the body's felt sense to connect with, welcome, and integrate all parts of you into wholeness and thriving.

Anxiety can overwhelm your capacity to cope and may impact your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. This can cause you to get stuck in an overactive state of hyper-vigilance and anxiety or in a frozen / collapsed state where you feel numb or overwhelmed. When we have difficulty in our relationships, it is often because there is an unresolved wound from earlier in our lives, when our primary caregivers weren't emotionally attuned or available to our needs, which can result in avoiding intimacy, feeling needy, jealous or vacillating between wanting intimacy and pushing it away. Attachment based therapy heals attachment wounds and supports your inner child to feel seen, safe, loved, accepted so you are free to enjoy healthy relationships.

PTSD and CPSD create seemingly insurmountable challenges in adulthood. My approach is integrative, inclusive of Somatic Psychotherapy, Hypnotherapy for Trauma Healing, and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) to support healing the root of the trauma imprints held in the nervous system and tissues, inner child healing and attachment repair, nervous system healing and integration, and a body-felt sense of safety, ease, health, well-being and joy - body, mind, heart, soul & spirit.
