About My Clients
Are you interested in exploring the interconnections between your emotional, mental, physical and spiritual facets of being? Are you feeling stuck in some way, and unsure of how to move through it to find the fluidity you seek? My passion is supporting individuals in becoming increasingly attuned to their true self and identity, gently observing the obstacles and barriers that have muddied the waters. I understand the power of being witnessed and supported and hope we can explore this together!
My Background and Approach
My approach is eclectic and every session will unfold differently, dependent on what you are needing in a given moment. I draw on my trainings in Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, IFS and DBT to inform the structure of sessions. Our work will always be collaborative and the pace will be dictated by you. I am strongly oriented toward the natural world, offering walking and sitting sessions outside, using the powerful metaphors found in nature to help embody healing practices. I am currently a student of the Hakomi Method and also of psychedelic assisted psychotherapy integration. I have extensive experience in coercive groups, and have presented on the subject of healing from spiritual abuse through the natural world. This can be translated to anyone who is struggling to reclaim their identity following an abusive relationship. I utilize writing, breathwork, visualizations and IFS exercises. The most important piece of this work, however, is a strong rapport, which I prioritize.
