You want to feel like yourself again, confident, and like you can trust the people in your life. The way you’ve gone about trying to manage your stress isn’t working anymore and you’re ready for something new. As your therapist, I will get in the mud with you. We will help you walk out of the dark hole you find yourself in, and guide you toward the self you want to be. In this space, it’s safe to let out, yell, cry, or depressurize what is holding us up.
My Background and Approach
Therapy isn't magic. It's work, requires partnership and collaboration, and relationship between the two of us. When all three are in place, the process can lead to incredible transformations. You play your part and I play mine, and together we take you towards your goals with grit and grace. I will always have your back, and I want you to know that I am listening, I provide no judgment, I understand the social pressures of our culture, and I want you to know that you are not alone.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that every individual is the expert in their own lives and capable of change. I work collaboratively with individuals, couples, and families to develop and build their human potential. Additionally, I acknowledge how relationships and culture influence individuals' lives and the challenges they may face. I practice counseling from a caring, authentic, and genuine perspective.
