I am a United States Marine Corps veteran of a foreign war (Operation Iraqi Freedom). I have studied mental health and psychology since 2009. Throughout my academic career, I have earned a BA in Psychology from the University of Texas at San Antonio and a MA in Clinical Psychology from University of Central Florida. I have gained experience with most forms of mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment in inpatient, outpatient, and highly specialized settings (like neuropsychological assessment, neurotherapy, biofeedback, career counseling, social work, and high-performance training).
I am open, straightforward, and honest. I define myself by the USMC values of Honor, Courage, and Commitment. I prefer to act as a mentor, guide, teacher, or instructor to my clients. I bring myself and my history into session, to help foster courage and hope. This also helps me be a “normal person” rather than “a guy in a button up and jacket. I hope to help you help and heal yourself!
