My Background and Approach
I experienced significant trauma and loss as a child which led to a lot of fear, anxiety, loneliness, shame, anger and reactivity. I went on a mission to heal myself in my early 20's and never stopped. My trauma is resolved and anxiety is rare and situational now but I'm always exploring new ways to heal myself and others. I am exceptionally skilled in using EMDR because it was life changing for me personally so it became my passion. I’ve also collected plenty of other skills over my 20+ yrs as a therapist, including Internal Family Systems (parts work) usually blended with EMDR, CBT, Enneagram, Heartmath, EFT tapping & Emotion Code energy work and more. I offer a heart-centered build your own adventure therapy room with plenty of resources for you to explore. I support and encourage any additional healing modalities you choose to use outside of the therapy room.
