My Background and Approach
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with a Master’s Degree in counseling psychology, and a certificate in traumatology and treatment from Holy Names University in Oakland. I received my bachelor’s degree in psychology from Gonzaga University. My primary goal as a therapist is to provide a caring, non-judgmental, supportive and safe environment. I collaborate with individuals to meet their specific needs, current challenges, and personal goals. Using an integrative therapeutic approach, I help assist in identifying and applying personal strengths to help achieve positive change, personal empowerment, and transformation.
