My Background and Approach
Over the span of my career I have learned many different approaches that have been helpful to people dealing with anxiety, trauma and relationship issues. My goal is to assist you in learning, implementing and strengthening tools that you will be able to carry with you for the rest of your life and can return to as needed during the different seasons of your life. The first half of my career was focused on learning and the second half has been dedicated to supporting clients by implementing what I learned. We will work collaboratively to develop an individualize course of treatment that addresses your specific concerns. Then with weekly or bi-weekly sessions you will be able to reclaim your given authority.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone has a right to be seen through God's eyes. That is seen and loved unconditionally. I hold the belief that much of our mental health challenges derive from unhealthy patterns developed through experiences that produced an acceptable outcome in the moment and later became patterns/habits. I also think that these experiences may have clouded our ability to really see the God within ourselves causing us to step away from the truths about our spiritual selves that empower out ability to walk in freedom and authority.
