My Background and Approach
I specialize in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). Together, we'll address the root causes of maladaptive behaviors, thoughts, emotions, and traumas holding you back.
