About My Clients
If you are seeking therapy for your child or yourself, we can help. We strive to provide an atmosphere of acceptance and hope in a safe, inclusive environment so that our clients can speak freely about any issue or concern. Our providers are ready to collaborate with you to process whatever is causing your distress. We use a strength based, integrative approach and draw from a range of methods to address issues related to trauma, anxiety, depression, work stress, & relationships/family conflict.
My Background and Approach
Our therapists have extensive experience helping children, adolescents, adults and families. In sessions, you may explore your current or past stressors, emotional responses, and trauma. While no one can change difficult situations or experiences of the past, we can work together to better help you understand, change and resolve the challenges in your life.

We all encounter challenges in our lives from a young age to our adult years.
